As communities grow, the responsibilities can become overwhelming for bi-vocational and lay leaders. I.G. understands that church planting movements require a strong non-professional mentoring vision. By supporting communities that are intentional and accountable to the Spirit, the Word and the 1st century church model, I.G. is building-up communities that can scale from 10s to 100s to 1,000s.
